Internal
fitting out of 3 Worcester Street, a new speculative office building,
for a firm of solicitors. The three storey building required extensive
replanning to suit the clients need for individual offices. This was achieved
using high quality materials consistent with existing internal details.
Mechanical and electrical services were altered and adapted to suit the
new plan arrangements. The accommodation provides individual cellular
offices, secretarial spaces, reception, conference and video conferencing
facilities. The design of built-in furniture and the selection of loose
furniture formed part of the contract. Subsequently 2 Worcester Street
has been refitted in a similar manner for the same client.
